2 NEW Alpha Team Building Mixers!

Training your Alpha team while building synergy can be fun!  Here are two suggestions for teams to learn how to be friendly and caring hosts while initiating and enjoying good conversation.

It's learning by doing!

Team Building Activity 1
: Model how to mingle & have good conversation
Some people don’t like the word ‘fellowship’ but that’s what mingling and chatting is all about. This is a Biblical model of building relationships. Jesus loved food and fellowship and even invited Himself to dinner (Luke 19:5)!  Getting to know Alpha guests begins with getting to know your team. To read more about Activity 1, click here.

Team Building Activity 2Model how to facilitate small group discussion
Jesus said, “I go to prepare a place for you…” (John 14:2,3)  If Jesus has to prepare, we do too!  Practice won’t make us be perfect but this activity will help your team learn how to lead thought-provoking conversations. To read more about Activity 2, click here.
